High availability basic POP/IMAP email hosting compatible with email clients and including a browser-based webmail interface, PLUS the personal concierge-level attention of your very own web-man. Concierge services include: Initial email address/account setup*, written directions on setup of your email account on your computer or smartphone, DNS modification, launch, and post-launch support to ensure your emails are up and running on our system.
*Setup only includes creating the server account and username/password. Client will be responsible for their own email software/client setup. Netmongrel does not provide any client device (email software, computer, or smartphone) setup consulting support, only written directions will be provided via email or web link.
